To capture the new market, Nike released the Nike Dunk – a sneaker specifically for college basketball teams sponsored by Nike. These first releases were all part of the “Be True To Your School” collection. Each basketball team will receive Dunk corresponding to their team’s color.

Inspired by the Dunks “Iowa Hawkeyes” colorway from Swoosh’s 1985 “Be True to Your School” collection and the 1999 “Wu-Tang” colorway, the style-focused version of the sneaker. This way of life is embellished with the color “Goldenrod”. This distinctive color covers areas on the upper such as the Swooshes logo, inner lining, laces and heel.

Besides, covering the remaining parts of the shoe such as the toe box, shoe cheek, collar, tongue and Nike branding on the heel is a uniform black tone. Finally, the combination of pure white midsole and dark yellow outsole completes the classic look of this shoe.
